David is the founder of Fairbridge Park with responsibility for investing and operating activities of the firm. Most recently, David was Partner at Emil Capital Partners where he sourced and managed many of the firm’s investments. David started his career at Credit Suisse in Investment Banking and then as part of a Special Opportunities Fund. David majored in Mathematics and Economics at Middlebury and received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. David also sits on the Board of World Bicycle Relief, an organization that seeks to eradicate mobility as a barrier to economic development. David is a frequent volunteer with local community organizations in New York. He enjoys long distance running, writing, and helping others achieve their potential.
Steve has spent 15+ years helping organizations to grow and scale. He was recently VP, Marketing at SoFi, the world's largest provider of student loan refinancing, and previously VP, Growth at LogMeIn, where he oversaw customer acquisition and conversion from startup through IPO. He is actively involved in mentoring entrepreneurs through Reforge, Endeavor Global, 500 Startups, and the Stanford Venture Studio. Steve is currently the Program Chair for the M.S. in Digital Marketing and Design at Brandeis University, where he received his B.A. in mathematics and economics. He has an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and serves on the board of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific.
Tafadzwa has a dual appointment as Clinical Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Hospitalist at Mount Auburn Hospital. He is also helping to transform cancer care as part of the strategy team at Foundation Medicine and previously worked in the healthcare practice at McKinsey. Tafadzwa was a biology major at Swarthmore before completing graduate degrees in Immunology and Global Health Science as a Rhodes Scholar in Oxford. He obtained his M.D. degree from the Harvard-MIT HST program and is board certified in Internal Medicine. Tafadzwa is a polymath with current interests in business strategy and organizational culture in the life sciences.
